Warm beef salad

Marinade

Salad

  1. Step 1

    Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add beef, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Add all salad ingredients to a large, serving bowl. Gently toss.

  3. Step 3

    Drain beef from marinade.

  4. Step 4

    Heat the tablespoon of olive oil in a very hot wok or frypan and cook the beef to your liking. Toss still-warm beef through salad ingredients and serve. No extra dressing is needed.
