- Step 1
Cut lemons in half. Juice half the lemons. Place remaining lemons in a jug.
- Step 2
Combine the lemon juice, water, sugar, vanilla bean and cardamom seeds in a saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
- Step 3
Pour the water mixture over the lemon halves in the jug. Cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.
- Step 4
To serve, place crushed ice in serving glasses and pour over spiced lemonade.
