Soy and ginger dressing

Serve bought yum cha and dumplings with this delicious dipping sauce.

• 125ml (1/2 cup) light soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
• 2 teaspoons caster sugar
• 1 green shallot, end trimmed, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
• 1 fresh red birdseye chilli, thinly sliced
• 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
• 1 x 390g pkt Ho Mai Yum Cha Steamboat Selection, to serve

1. Step 1

   Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.

2. Step 2

   Prepare the Yum Cha Steamboat Selection according to packet directions. Serve with soy & ginger dressing.
