Cinnamon orange muesli

Make this muesli the night before and serve it for breakfast or brunch. It's packed with nutrients and tastes great.

  1. Step 1

    Combine oats, wheat germ, sultanas, coconut and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Combine orange juice, tofu and honey in a blender or food processor and blend until well combined. Pour over the oat mixture in a bowl and stir well. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. To serve, sprinkle with almonds and top with fresh fruit.

If you don't use the whole mixture, it will keep, covered in the fridge, for 4-5 days. Variation: Use unsweetened apple juice in place of orange juice and add a grated apple just before serving.
