Beef stroganoff

For an easy family meal try this delicious beef stroganoff.

  1. Step 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add beef and cook, in 2 batches, for 3-4 mins. Transfer to a plate. Add onion to pan. Cook for 3-4 mins or until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 secs. Combine recipe base and water in a small jug. Return beef to pan with mushrooms and recipe base mixture. Stir for 1 min.

  2. Step 2

    Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 mins or until beef is tender. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle with chives and serve with mash and broccoli.
