Quorn meatless meatloaf

Quorn meatless meatloaf
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 190C. Grease a loaf tin with oil.

  2. Step 2

    Heat 20g oil in a pan. Cook onion and baby spinach until wilted. Drain of excess moisture and set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Combine Quorn, eggs, breadcrumbs, spinach, onion, pine nuts, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta and place in prepared tin. Top with cheese and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
