Hedgehog slice

Hedgehog slice

Icing

  1. Step 1

    Crush the biscuits in a bowl, until there is a combination of fine and chunky crumbs. Add the cocoa powder and coconut and mix well.

  2. Step 2

    Melt the butter and sweetened condensed milk together. Add to the dry ingredients. Place into a slice pan and refrigerate.

  3. Step 3

    Melt icing ingredients altogether and drizzle on top of slice. Refrigerate to set.
