Banana-berry splits

This retro-style sundae gets a special twist with fresh blueberries and frozen strawberry yoghurt.

  1. Step 1

    Divide 4 small bananas, peeled, halved lengthways, among four serving dishes.

  2. Step 2

    Top each banana with 2 small scoops strawberry frozen yoghurt.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle 150g fresh blueberries and 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds among the dishes. Serve immediately.

To toast the almonds, preheat oven to 180°C. Place on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes.
