Creamy mayonnaise dressing

Brighten up the menu with this easy mayonnaise dressing.

• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 cup extra light olive oil
• 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Step 1

   Process egg yolks, vinegar, salt and pepper until frothy and combined.

2. Step 2

   With the motor running, add oil in a thin, steady stream until mixture is thick and creamy.

3. Step 3

   Add wholegrain mustard, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons warm water. Process until just combined. Serve.
