  1. Step 1

    Thread chicken, tomatoes and onion onto 8 skewers. Place in a dish. Combine oil and garlic in a small bowl. Brush over skewers.

  2. Step 2

    Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill on medium heat. Cook skewers, turning, for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and cooked.

  3. Step 3

    Serve with lettuce leaves and pesto.

You will need 8 pre-soaked skewers.
