These fabulous turkey drumsticks wrapped in smokey bacon and coated in sweet maple syrup glaze are proudly brought to you by Inghams.
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2
Place the Ingham Turkey into a roasting tray.
- Step 3
Place orange marmalade and maple syrup into a small saucepan and heat until the marmalade has dissolved, add a little water if it is to thick.
- Step 4
With a pastry brush, baste on half of the marmalade maple syrup, drape the bacon over the top, cover with aluminium foil and place in the oven.
- Step 5
Roast for 80 minutes then remove the foil, baste with the remaining marmalade maple syrup and roast further until the turkey is done and the bacon is crisp.
