Japanese-style fish served on slurpy noodles is a fast, easy dinner the whole family will love.

Miso-glazed fish with soba noodles
  1. Step 1

Preheat grill on medium-high. Place fish in a shallow baking dish. Combine the miso paste, orange juice, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Drizzle 1 tsp of the miso mixture over each fish fillet. Season. Cook under grill for 8-10 mins or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

  2. Step 2

Meanwhile, cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 4 mins, adding the asparagus and snow peas in the last 2 mins of cooking. Drain well.

  3. Step 3

Divide the noodles, vegetables and fish among serving plates. Spoon over remaining miso sauce. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and spring onion.
