Italian lamb pizzas

These lamb mince pizzas will be the talk of the town.

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add lamb mince. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until browned. Transfer mince to a bowl lined with paper towels to drain.

  2. Step 2

    Place pizza bases onto 2 baking trays. Spread with pizza sauce, leaving a 2cm border.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle each pizza with 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Arrange capsicum, onion, olives and mince over pizzas. Sprinkle with parmesan and remaining mozzarella.

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, swapping halfway through, or until golden. Serve.
