  1. Step 1

    Use a juice extractor to process the celery. Pour into a glass.

  2. Step 2

    Add the tomato juice and sauce. Stir well.

Note: This high-potassium drink is excellent on a hot day and helps replace important electrolytes lost due to perspiration. Chill the celery first. If you like, you can add a little soda water to make it lighter.
