Ham and cheese butterfly

Making kid's food exciting isn't difficult with this healthy butterfly idea.

  1. Step 1

    Cut two 5mm-thick slices from a large block of cheddar. Use a 6cm heart-shaped pastry cutter to cut a heart from each cheddar slice. Place the hearts, point to point, on a plate to make wings. Use a 4cm heart-shaped pastry cutter to cut 2 hearts from ham and place on top of the cheddar. Cut an 8cm-long piece of celery or carrot and place in between the wings to make a body. Place currants at the top to make eyes.
