- Step 1
Preheat sandwich press. Using a rolling pin, roll bread flat. Spread 1 side of bread lightly with butter.
- Step 2
Turn bread over and spread the other side with Vegemite. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Step 3
Roll up each bread slice like a Swiss roll, enclosing cheese filling. Place rolled-up bread on base of sandwich press. Close lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden.
Tip: Take care when eating, as cheese will be hot.
