Witlof goes well with salmon and it's great finger food - use it to scoop the salad.

  1. Step 1

    Arrange witlof and rocket on a serving platter. Spread the bagel chips with the cream cheese. Top the salad with the bagel chips, avocado, smoked salmon and onion.

  2. Step 2

    Whisk together sour cream, vinegar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season. Drizzle salad with the dressing. Sprinkle with capers. Serve with lemon wedges and caviar, if desired.
