Teriyaki marinade

Add flavour to meats with this fabulous Japanese teriyaki marinade.

Teriyaki marinade
  1. Step 1

    Combine garlic, soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a bowl until sugar dissolves.

You can use this marinade with beef, chicken or fish.
