  1. Step 1

    Preheat grill on high. Place mushrooms, stalk side up, on a large baking tray. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Grill for 10 minutes or until just tender and cooked through. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve.

Serves 8 as a side dish.
