Salami, sage and ricotta pizzas

For a quick and tasty meal try this gourmet salami pizza, topped with creamy ricotta and crispy sage leaves created by Michael Weldon, MasterChef Australia Series 3 contestant.

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220C. Place the pizza bases on baking trays or pizza stones.

  2. Step 2

    Combine ricotta, parmesan and lemon zest in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza bases. Top with the mozzarella, spring onion, salami, extra ricotta, extra parmesan and sage. Drizzle with the oil.

  3. Step 3

    Bake 7-10 mins or until the cheese melts and the pizza bases are crisp.
