  1. Step 1

    Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat. In batches, cook the pork for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate.

  2. Step 2

    Add the pineapple and capsicum to the pan and cook, tossing for 2 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Reduce the heat and stir in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the coriander.

  4. Step 4

    Divide the noodles among serving bowls. Top with sweet and sour pork and serve with lime wedges.
