Smoked salmon platter with crisp bread

This Smoked salmon platter is a great way to get the party started.

Smoked salmon platter with crisp bread
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan. Lightly spray flat bread with oil and sprinkle with paprika. Place on oven rack and bake for 5-7 minutes, until crisp. Cool and break into pieces.

  2. Step 2

    To make dressing, use a fork to whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water together. Season to taste. Refrigerate until needed.

  3. Step 3

    To serve, arrange salmon slices on platter. Sprinkle with onion, capers and dill. Place dressing in a bowl and serve on the side with crisp bread.

If using Turkish bread omit olive oil spray. Simply split and toast before serving.
