This popular savoury snack is made by slowly roasting ready-cut potato wedges and then served with a tangy sweet chilli and sour cream dip.
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 220C or 200C fan. Lay wedges in a single layer on two baking trays. Bake according to packet directions.
- Step 2
Meanwhile mix together sour cream and sweet chilli and serve dipping sauce with wedges.
