Plum and soy pork skewers

Plum and soy pork skewers
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the plum sauce, soy and sesame oil in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the pork and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, place 8 bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.

  2. Step 2

Drain skewers. Thread a few pieces of pork on to each one. Heat a stove top grill over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers in batches, turning regularly for 5 minutes, then remove and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Step 3

While the pork is in oven, place the noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with hot water. Set aside for 5 minutes or until the noodles have softened. Drain and toss through the extra sesame oil and snow pea sprouts. Serve the skewers on the noodles.
