Double herb and garlic bread

With chewy crusts and soft buttery centres, these thick slices beat regular garlic bread hands down.

  1. Step 1

    Place the butter, garlic, chives and parsley in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.

  2. Step 2

    Cut the loaf into 2cm-thick slices, making sure not to cut all the way through. Spread the butter mixture on both sides of the cut slices of bread. Wrap the loaf tightly in foil.

  3. Step 3

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 20 minutes or until the butter melts and the bread is hot.

Vienna bread is only available when baked in-store at Woolworths.

Shelf smart: If you want to cook the garlic bread at the same time as any of the pizzas, place it on the lowest shelf in the oven, preheated to 240C, and the pizzas on the top shelves.
