Marinated forequarter lamb chops

Marinated forequarter lamb chops
  1. Step 1

    Trim excess fat from the chops.

  2. Step 2

    In a large stove top frying pan or an electric fry pan , brown chops in a little oil.

  3. Step 3

    In a mixing bowl, combine sauces and stock. Pour mixture over the chops and reduce the heat to a fast simmer. Cover and cook for 1.5 -2 hours. Turn chops occasionally to baste with sauce. Continue cooking to reduce the sauce to a thick consistency.

  4. Step 4

    Add more water, if needed. This will keep the chops moist and create a thick sauce for serving.
