Turkish wraps with garlic sauce

Encase mixed grain wraps with spiced beef, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles and a dollop of garlicky yoghurt for a quick and tasty weeknight meal.

  1. Step 1

    Combine cumin and paprika in a small bowl. Season. Rub over into beef.

  2. Step 2

    Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef for 2 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Set aside for 5 mins to rest. Thinly slice.

  3. Step 3

    Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and garlic in a medium jug. Season.

  4. Step 4

    Divide lettuce, onion, tomato, parsley and beef among wraps. Top with yoghurt sauce and pickles. Wrap to enclose. Serve.
