- Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine hoisin with the oil. Brush the mixture over the pork fillets and sprinkle with the five spice powder.

Place on a wire rack in a baking dish and cook for 15-20 mins or until cooked through.

While the pork is cooking, steam the bok choy. To serve, slice the pork and serve with bok choy and extra hoisin.

Sprinkle with sliced green onion if desired.
