Cinnamon hot chocolate

Warm up this winter with this cinnamon spiced hot chocolate.

  1. Step 1

    Place milk and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until almost simmering (don't boil). Cover. Set aside for 10 minutes to let flavours develop.

  2. Step 2

    Remove cinnamon. Return pan to medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 4 to 5 minutes or until hot (don't boil). Add chocolate. Whisk until melted. Pour into warmed heatproof glasses. Top with marshmallows. Serve.
