  1. Step 1

    Place lemon rind in a large, heatproof jug. Add sugar and boiling water. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled.

  2. Step 2

    Strain mixture into a blender. Add ice cubes and sorbet. Blend until combined. Top with lime zest. Serve.
