This recipe could have come straight our of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory - chocolate ice-cream is drenched in chocolate sauce with a sprinkling from a chocolate bar - Yum!

- Step 1
Break white chocolate into small pieces. Combine chocolate and cream in a small, heavy-based saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, for 8-10 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. (See microwave tip.)
- Step 2
Place scoops of ice-cream into serving bowls, pour over white chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped scorched peanut bar.
Microwave tip: Combine white chocolate and cream in a small glass microwave-safe bowl or jug. heat, uncovered, for 1-1 1/2 minutes on High/850 watts/100%. Stir until the chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Leftovers: Serve leftover ice-cream with some pancakes, in milkshakes or in ice-cream cones sprinkled with grated leftover white chocolate. Serve leftover cream with fresh fruit salad.
