Chocolate muesli with warm milk

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Step 2

    Combine the oats, nuts, coconut and sunflower seeds in a bowl and stir in the honey. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring twice, until evenly coloured. Set aside to cool.

  3. Step 3

    Once cool, toss through the apricot and chocolate. Serve with warm milk.

You can store the muesli in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
