Roast beef, horseradish and beetroot chutney sandwiches

Whip up these delicious high tea sandwiches in super fast time to create an elegant afternoon tea.

  1. Step 1

    Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with butter. Spread 2 slices with horseradish cream and remaining 2 slices with chutney.

  2. Step 2

    Divide rocket between horseradish cream slices. Top with rare roast beef. Season. Top with remaining bread slices, chutney-side down.

  3. Step 3

    Trim crusts. Cut each sandwich into 4 squares. Serve.

Use a large serrated knife to cut sandwiches and trim crusts.

Sandwiches can be made 1 day ahead and stored, covered in plastic wrap, in the fridge.
